I'm grouping these two together because, for entirely different reasons, there isn't much to say about them. Also, because, for some reason, I see them getting grouped together a lot.
That needs to stop. Immediately. Shiny Toy Guns are nothing short of amazing.

On the other hand, you have Metro Station. If I had known ahead of time that this abomination was spawned by yet another useless Cyrus germination, I would have never even touched it. But as I did, I am obligated to report my findings.

As you can all see, despite my best efforts to stay in touch and write a review every week, I failed miserably. In fact, I have four reviews backed up to give you.
I just have to finish one and write the other three.
And I started the new semester again today. As you can see, there bodes a ... small problem.
As such, here's the deal. I'm going to go batshit tonight with my writing and do the best I can to get the "Dark Knight" review and write the CD reviews for Shiny Toy Guns, Coldplay and Metro Station. I'll post anything I can finish in full, and anything I can't, I'll do a separate post with mini-reviews like I did for Final Fantasy VII; Advent Children.
Wish me luck, I also have Philosophy homework, History homework and I have to find time to sleep enough for a nine hour shift at work tomorrow. Peace.

Okay, considering I just made myself a total ass and posted a Note on Facebook, tagging every person on my friend list in it, maybe someone will see this and reply with something productive. Other than a death threat.
I'm not getting a whole lot of activity on the blog. In fact, I'm the only one ever even ON here anymore. Does anyone have any thoughts on this matter? Anything; ways to get more readers, changes you would like to see, a mailing list with weekly or monthly updates, anything at all you think would work?
Or am I talking to myself yet again?
Please be nice about your suggestions. If you think my reviews are stupid, I'm a bad writer, I have bad taste in media, etc, that's not really productive. I'd prefer, if you MUST express pointlessly rude opinions, to please do so in an email, a Facebook message, an LJ message, something more personal, so we can deal with the issue one on one.
